rooms are big enough, but cleanliness needs improvement. few rooms AC water leaks. floor feels like its wet. they have restaurant down with good food. food served in hotel is also good and they have good restaurant above also. Party halls available.

Bad place rude staff specially duty manager inconsiderate to family and old people My advise try another place if you can else your guests may be embarassed No care for elderly people and respect for ladies.or children by the staff

Location wise good near to main road. Room are just sufficient to move. Service is very good and prompt. Quality and quantity is good. food is tasty. Staff is soft and polite. family restaurant is separate.

It's best place to dine with your friends and family. Best South Indian cuisine. I just loved to have fish curry and beer dosa. They have invented one new dish mutton khichdi. It's wonderful. Please try this new dishes. Staff all are good. Neat and clean. Nice music. Best place to hangout.

3 years ago I stayed here only one night, now we book it for my 4 nights stay. The hotel is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is amazing and also great prices. Used room service couple of times, both the service and food was brilliant (love their watermelon juice :)). The room is clean, enough space for 2 people. Excellent location for Thane. The only thing I didn't like this time, is the fact that I got a room which was facing to the back side of the building. If I opened the window to get some fresh air in, people were looking at me from the building opposite so preferred to close the curtains to have some privacy. I will prefer a room next time which is facing the road in the front.
